PolicyTech introduces PolicyShare, a new online community for sharing policies, procedures, templates, and compliance documentation.

Rexburg, Idaho - 05/31/2011:  PolicyTech today announced their new site PolicyShare, a free online policy and procedure community, and forum located at www.PolicyShare.com.  Through this free resource, PolicyTech will provide a place to find and share documentation while facilitating discussions concerning compliance, policy creation, and it's leading policy automation tool - Policy & Procedure ManagerTM (PPM).

Terry Conrad, a recent compliance officer and risk manager for Madison Memorial Hospital, reported that "The idea of making policies available on a website such as PolicyShare is very exciting to me.  Working in hospital management for more than 12 years, I have spent countless hours trying to find or build policies to keep my hospital in compliance with numerous regulations. This will be such a time saver." 

PolicyTech's Chief Executive Officer, Rob Tietjen, relayed that customers  have been looking for a better way to find and create policies for years. PolicyShare is a free online service that allows users to search for and share policies and procedure documents. The vast library of policies and procedures can be searched by industry, document category, title, keyword, full text, and author. These robust search functions allow users to quickly find documents specific to their organization's needs - and users are able to rate each document to assure quality and useful content.  PolicyShare also provides online forums where professionals may discuss their documentation and compliance questions with those facing similar situations and issues.  One of the forums provides a platform where PPM customers can discuss Policy and Procedure ManagerTM. Users can also subscribe to their favorite topics to stay current on the issues that are most important to them.
