Licensing Structure - Policy & Procedure Manager™

One-Time License Fee

Policy and Procedure Manager is licensed on a concurrent use basis. This means that you will only need to purchase the number of licenses for the number of people who will be logged-in to the software at the same time. We recommend purchasing licenses for around 10% of the total number of people who would use the software at any given time.

Annual Subscription

The annual subscription fee is 18% of the one-time license fee. It is required for the first year. The 18% annual subscription investment includes:
  • Telephone support during PolicyTech business hours (8am to 5pm MST)
  • Email support during PolicyTech business hours (8am to 5pm MST)
  • Major upgrades
  • Software updates
  • Access to weekly, fee-based online training classes
  • Senior level technical support during installation and setup
  • Two hours of online implementation consulting
  • Two hours of training on how to use the software
