Concurrent Licensing - A Model that Makes Sense

Unlike other software products that require you to license each employee whether they use the software or not, PPM is licensed on a "concurrent" user basis. This means that our system assigns a license when a user logs in and then makes it available for another user when a user exits or logs out of the system. This licensing method is particularly advantageous to organizations that are shift based or share common work-stations. In fact, due to our use of concurrent licensing, many organizations have found that they can license as few as 10% of their employee base versus other software companies who demand a license for each employee.

Software Purchasing Options

Perpetual Licensing (One Time Fee)

If you need complete on-site control and have access to a capital budget, our Perpetual Licensing may be for you, with costs for a small organization starting as low as a few hundred dollars per month. Under this system there is a one-time license fee which typically allows you to depreciate the software costs over time while minimizing future year's payments. Perpetual licensing also gives you the option for local installation behind your own firewall managed by your own staff. This may better allow you to follow your own internal IT department requirements or requirements from regulatory authorities.

Annual Perpetual Licenses Subscription Includes:

The Silver level annual subscription fee is 18% of the one-time license fee and is required for the first year and it includes:

• Telephone support during PolicyTech business hours (6am to 5pm MST)
• Email support during PolicyTech business hours (6am to 5pm MST)
• Major version upgrades
• Minor version upgrades
• Software updates
• Access to additional advanced online training classes
