Software Licensing Model
A Licensing Model that Makes Sense
Unlike other software products that require you to license each employee (whether they use the software or not), PPM is licensed on a Concurrent basis. This means that our system only uses a license when a user is actually logged in. This licensing method is particularly advantageous to organizations that are shift based or share common work-stations. In fact, due to our use of concurrent licensing, many organizations have found that they can license as few as 10% of their employees.
Software Purchasing Options
Perpetual Licensing (One Time Fee)
If you need complete on-site control then our Perpetual Licensing is for you.

It's our ability to continually implement client feedback and give exceptional support that allows us to maintain our position as the leading policy management software. An annual subscription (for Perpetual Licenses) Includes:
- Telephone support during PolicyTech business hours (8am to 5pm MST)
- Email support during PolicyTech business hours (8am to 5pm MST)
- Major upgrades
- Software updates
- Access to weekly, fee-based online training classes
The annual subscription fee is 18% of the one-time license fee and is required for the first year.
Software as a Service Licensing (SaaS)
If you need to be up and running immediately then our SaaS option is your answer.

- No software download
- No software or plug-ins to install
- No IT resources required
- Lower upfront cost
- Less financial risk (allowing you to "try" PPM)
